What is Vela Smooth?
Vela Smooth uses a revolutionary new treatment that will effectively re-contour the body and reduce cellulite. Using bi-polar radio frequency and infrared light this treatment will successfully give you a smoother, more contoured shape to your hips, thighs, abdomen and buttocks.
How does Vela Smooth work?
This unique technology combines light energy and radio frequency with mechanical rollers and vacuum suction. The suction and mechanical rollers massage the skin facilitating targeted heat penetration to the areas affected by cellulite and at the same time contouring the body.
What is Cellulite?
Over 90% of women worldwide suffer from cellulite and is often described as 'dimply' or 'orange peel' skin. Cellulite is caused by fat deposits directly underneath the dermis. The fat is then stored in chambers that can swell and grow in size causing the surrounding tissue to harden, making the blood circulation more difficult and creating fluid retention. Elasticity of the tissue is reduced creating the irregular appearance of the skin. Most people experience cellulite in the thigh, buttock, hip and abdominal areas.

At your consultation we will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. You will need to visit the clinic at least two times per week for a 45 minute session each time. During this time we will use Vela Smooth over your hips, thighs, abdomen and buttocks. We can treat other areas of the body as well and can give you more information about this at your consultation. How many sessions am I likely to need?
To successfully treat cellulite and contour the body you will need a minimum of 12 treatments. These 12 treatments will need to be done on a regular basis, at least twice a week. At the end of your 12 sessions it is up to you whether or not you would like to go to "maintenance treatments". This involves having one Vela Smooth treatment per month to continue the excellent result you have received from your initial sessions.
How much does Vela Smooth cost per session?
12 sessions + 6 maintenance sessions = $1450.00 ($80.55 per session)
12 sessions (no maintenance sessions) = $980.00 ($81.67 per session)
