When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client, including those waiting for an appointment.
Late cancellations, no-shows, and changes to booked services can have a significant impact on our business. We kindly ask that you respect our appointment policies and provide as much notice as possible when making changes.

In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This helps us reserve your appointment time especially for you.
Your deposit is fully refundable when your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice. Alternatively, your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your services on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a No-Show.
At Absolute Bliss, we’re delighted to accommodate group bookings where possible. A deposit may be required to secure your group booking and reserve the appointments specifically for your group.
For group bookings, we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Your deposit is fully refundable when your group booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice. Alternatively, the deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a Late Cancellation and may incur a fee of 50% of the total value of the services booked.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without contacting us beforehand, this will be considered a No-Show and a fee of 100% of the total value of the services booked will apply.
